The basic Quantum Neo system provides a framework that can add up to five measurement modules according to requirements. The system configuration only takes a few seconds, equipped with a user interface to display key information, graphical representations of process capabilities, and data stored in a network accessible ODBC compatible database.
Quantum Neo offers multiple injection systems. Each Quantum Neo is equipped with an independent manual feeding hopper, where users can place samples for testing. In addition, alternative automatic sampling systems are also provided. The automatic sampling system is designed to be flexible and can automatically sample samples from up to two positions and transport them to the Quantum Neo docking station equipped with a receiver. The samples are then sent to the testing station without manual intervention. The other system is an automatic hopper, which consists of a turntable device with 30 sample slots. Each sample slot can be pre loaded with up to 25 samples. After the turntable rotates, the sample is fed into the hopper, achieving automatic feeding into the testing station. The system supports single or multiple batch testing, with a total of 750 samples tested, providing a hands-free testing solution.
